My professional background as a Fashion Market Editor and Stylist, with magazines ranging from The New York Times Magazine to Good Housekeeping, as well as a Wardrobe Stylist for advertising print media, has given me the experience to help others with their wardrobe and shopping concerns.Equally important as experience, is an innate sense for good design, color and the best trends that are flattering. From my teens to present, friends and co-workers have complimented on my unique style sense and sensibility. Knowing how to shop well for quality and price.
As a Fashion Market Editor, I was responsible for choosing the clothing and accessories you see photographed in fashion magazine. Working as a Stylist, created outfits or "looks" showing the latest trends and how best to wear them or figure concerns stories. On advertising assignments, selecting the clothing to fit the feel or mood the company or brand is looking to express through their advertising message. Prior to the experience above, I designed and marketed a signature line of handbags. The accumulation of these experiences in fashion media and design has honed my eye and developed a talent to help others with their wardrobe concerns.
